Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do with Avocado. It applies to all users and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
You may use Avocado to
- Generate images, concept art, illustrations, and other creative imagery for lawful purposes.
- Edit and iterate on generated images for your projects.
- Access the service via our API for automated workflows within your account's token limits.
You may not use Avocado to generate
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualised imagery of minors. This is a zero-tolerance policy and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates real-world violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery of real people.
- Content intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual or group.
- Deepfakes or realistic synthetic media designed to deceive (e.g. fake news imagery, impersonation of real people without consent).
- Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
You may not
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or probe the safety filters of the underlying AI models.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying models or their weights.
- Share your account or API key with third parties.
- Create multiple accounts or use automated tools to circumvent account-level limits or obtain tokens fraudulently.
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission from Vebros.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations. Consequences may include content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination — without refund — depending on severity. We cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.
The underlying AI models (Google Imagen, Gemini) have their own safety systems and usage policies. Generations that violate Google's policies may be blocked at the model level regardless of this AUP.
Reporting
To report a violation, email avocado@vebr.no with the subject line “AUP Report”.
