Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Avocado, operated by Vebros, Norway (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Avocado is an AI-powered image generation platform. We provide tools to generate, edit, and manage images using third-party AI models.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Tokens and payments
- Avocado uses a token system. You purchase a token pack once and tokens are deducted as you generate images.
- Tokens never expire.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. See our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual property
- You retain all rights to the prompts you submit and the images generated from them.
- We claim no ownership over your generated images.
- You grant us a limited licence to store and display your images as necessary to operate the service (e.g. in the public gallery on the landing page).
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws and the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Google AI, Vercel, MongoDB, Stripe).
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vebros is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
