Refund Policy
Token purchases
Token pack purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been used to generate images. If you have unused tokens and are not satisfied with the service, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will consider a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email avocado@vebr.no from the address associated with your account with the subject line “Refund Request”. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Account termination for policy violation
Accounts terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
EU / EEA consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive, including a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By signing up and using the service, you consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once you have used tokens. The 14-day money-back guarantee above is at least as favourable as this statutory right.
